Law and Economics
This class was taught during the fall of 2007 at Wichita State University. The course examined the characteristics of law and legislation, looking at why we have laws. It was designed to explore the meanings and origins of the law, and attempted to demonstrate the relationship between the law and economics, so that students may come to understand the role that economics plays in deciding what is legal, what is not, and who really makes the rules that govern our lives.
